Driven by major challenges, we have developed a platform to simplify control and optimize management—from the earliest stages through to project completion. **// General Job Responsibilities:** * **Backhoe Loader Operation:** Operate the backhoe loader safely and efficiently, performing tasks such as excavation, soil removal, material loading, rock handling, and other related functions. * **Preventive Maintenance and Machine Care:** Conduct daily inspections of the backhoe loader to ensure proper operation. Check oil and fuel levels, hydraulic systems, and other machine conditions, as well as perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.). * **Compliance with Safety Regulations:** Strictly adhere to workplace safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and avoid hazardous situations. * **Reading Drawings and Following Instructions:** Interpret construction drawings and follow instructions from supervisors or responsible engineers to ensure work is carried out as planned. * **Load Control and Material Handling:** Load and unload heavy materials and ensure safe transportation of loads from one location to another on site. * **Activity Reporting:** Record and report progress of activities and any issues encountered during machine operation. **// Required Qualifications:** * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have experience in this role?
