




Job Summary: Professional responsible for billing, issuance and posting of fiscal invoices, tax reconciliation, support to the controller's office, and general administrative assistance. Support to the controller's office in tax calculation **Job Description:** Billing\-Issuance of fiscal invoices and delivery notes; Posting of incoming fiscal invoices into the system (manually or via XML); Generation of SINTEGRA and SPED reports; Submission of incoming invoice files to the accounting department \- SPED; Reconciliation of tax accounts (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS); Analysis and review of accounting procedures and tax entry records; Support to the controller's office in generating tax calculation reports; Receipt of billing requests; Requesting quality certificates as required by billing; Updating order spreadsheet status upon NF import; Monitoring parts dispatch and issuing daily reports; Document filing, including fiscal invoices and delivery notes; Telephone support and reception of clients and suppliers; Compliance with Work Instructions, Internal Regulations, and Safety Standards; Performing occasional tasks as required by the company **Requirements:** Required: Technical or undergraduate education (in progress or completed).
