Job Summary: A professional responsible for billing, issuing and recording invoices, reconciling taxes, supporting the controller's office, as well as performing administrative tasks and customer service. Diversity of administrative and tax-related activities **Job Description:** Billing\-Issuing invoices and delivery notes; Recording incoming invoices into the system (manually or via XML); Generating SINTEGRA and SPED reports; Submitting SPED files related to incoming invoices to the accounting department. Tax account reconciliation for ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS; Analyzing and reviewing fiscal accounting processes and tax entry records; Supporting the controller's office in preparing tax calculation reports; Receiving billing requests; Requesting quality certificates as required by billing activities; Updating the order spreadsheet upon NF importation; Managing part shipments and generating daily reports; Filing documents such as invoices and delivery notes; Providing telephone support and receiving clients and suppliers; Complying with Work Instructions, Internal Regulations, and Safety Standards; Performing occasional tasks as required by the company. **Requirements:** Required: Technical education or ongoing/completed higher education.
