




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling internal documents, working in teams, demonstrating numerical aptitude, managing access control and scheduling, and assisting with event organization. Receiving visitors and scheduling meetings; verifying meeting rooms for equipment such as projectors, microphones, multimedia systems, etc. Inventory and general spreadsheet controls.
