




Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing and monitoring import processes, analyzing documents, calculating costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance while working with international suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Execution and monitoring of import processes. 2. Interaction with international suppliers. 3. Ensuring compliance with foreign trade regulations. Responsibilities: Execute and monitor import processes, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Perform verification and analysis of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.). Monitor shipment progress and customs clearance with freight agents. Calculate import costs, including fees, taxes, and logistics expenses. Interact with international suppliers to track purchase orders. Ensure processes comply with foreign trade and customs regulations. Input import process information into internal systems. Generate reports and monitor indicators related to import operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Practical experience in import processes and use of foreign trade systems. Intermediate to advanced English (reading and writing). Knowledge of import cost calculations and taxation.
