Maintain restaurant standards and organization We are looking for a talented and gastronomy-passionate **Maître** to lead our dining room at a buffet restaurant celebrating the flavors of Brazil and the world. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and sell events. * Supervise the dining room team, ensuring quality and efficiency. * Control inventory, procurement, and food safety. * Train the service team. * Maintain restaurant standards and organization. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Maître or manager, preferably in buffet restaurants. * Wine knowledge is a plus. * Leadership, organization, and creativity.
