Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and processing purchase requests, negotiating with domestic and international suppliers, and tracking product deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and quotation with domestic and international suppliers 2. Analysis and issuance of purchase orders and purchase requests 3. Tracking of material deliveries Receive and analyze authorized purchase requests, completing or supplementing them, and issuing purchase orders and purchase requests for domestic and international products after respective analysis and quotations; Maintain contact with domestic and international suppliers via telephone, e-mail, or other communication methods to conduct quotations, price analyses, and negotiations, as well as negotiations on freight, payment terms, and delivery conditions; Follow-up / execute purchases of direct and indirect materials, and materials for production use and consumption according to received orders, forwarding purchase requests to approved suppliers and tracking product deliveries.
