Job Summary: Supervise and monitor infrastructure construction projects to ensure compliance with designs and technical standards, inspect materials and work crews, and propose corrective actions. Maintenance of an organized and safe construction site **INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR.** **Location:** Joinville / SC. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor earthwork, drainage, and paving (paver/tiles) projects; * Ensure compliance with designs, schedules, contracts, and technical standards; * Inspect materials, work methods, and performance of in-house and subcontracted teams; * Coordinate with engineers, field teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure operational efficiency; * Maintain an organized and safe construction site, ensuring proper use of PPE and signage; * Propose corrective actions, report non-conformities, and request adjustments when necessary. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in infrastructure projects (earthwork, drainage, paving – paver/tiles); * Completed high school education (a technical course or degree in Building Construction/Civil Engineering is preferred); * Ability to read and interpret designs, perform measurements, and monitor execution; * Driver's license category B and personal vehicle; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and practical leadership; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public and private infrastructure projects. **Compensation:** **Salary:** Negotiable based on salary expectations and professional experience **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 25.00 per day; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * Life insurance; * Birthday shopping voucher: BRL 70.00; * Birthday day off; * Bonus for accurate time clock registration; * Vehicle allowance: BRL 700.00; * Fuel allowance for travel between construction sites. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00 Friday 07:00 to 16:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B Personal vehicle * Birthday day off * Vehicle allowance * SESI Pharmacy benefit plan * Group life insurance * Meal allowance * Birthday shopping voucher * Fuel allowance
