Job Summary: Responsible for processing and analyzing purchase requests, managing quotations, negotiating with domestic and international suppliers, and monitoring material deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and price analysis with suppliers 2. Management of domestic and international procurement 3. Monitoring of product deliveries Receive and analyze authorized purchase requests, completing or supplementing them as needed, and issuing purchase orders and purchase requests for domestic and international products after respective analyses and quotations; Maintain contact with domestic and international suppliers via telephone, e-mail, or other communication methods to conduct quotations, analyses, and negotiations regarding prices, freight, and payment and delivery terms; Follow-up / execute purchases of direct and indirect materials, as well as materials for production use and consumption, according to received orders; forward purchase requests to approved suppliers and monitor product deliveries.
