Responsibilities and Duties: Among your activities are: * Identifying out-of-stock items; * Processing purchase orders; * Registering items and supplies in the system; * Preparing procurement dossiers; * Conducting procurement negotiations; * Monitoring system entries; * Tracking deliveries and verifying received orders Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Completed undergraduate degree in administrative or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Relevant work experience; * Flexible availability regarding working hours.
