We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our procurement department. Administrative/Procurement Assistant. Responsibilities: with or without prior similar experience. Obtain price quotations from suppliers for market option analysis. Register new items for internal coding, procurement, and standardization. Contact suppliers for negotiations, delivery follow-up, and outstanding issues. Employment type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * Procurement of consumables and operational supplies; * Budgeting and purchasing materials based on project demands; * Product quotation for direct sales and public tenders; * Supplier registration; * Sourcing new suppliers; * Tracking deliveries and updating order records. **Skills:** * Microsoft Office (basic); * Prior procurement experience (preferred). **Requirements:** Proactive and dynamic individual Completed high school education Currently pursuing or completed technical/vocational training or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred) Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.050,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
