




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Marketing, Film, Social Communication, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Proven experience in the role, with a solid portfolio demonstrating relevant work in video editing and/or motion design. * Proficiency in editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Solid knowledge of recording techniques, framing, lighting, and audio capture. * Creativity, refined aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Collaborate with the team in developing concepts and scripts for videos and audiovisual materials. * Conduct internal recordings and, if necessary, external ones (events, testimonials), operating camera, audio, and lighting equipment. * Edit and assemble videos, including cutting, sequencing, adding subtitles, soundtracks, intros/outros, and visual effects (motion graphics). * Motion Design: Create 2D animations and dynamic visual elements to enrich content. * Adapt videos to the formats and specifications required by each platform (Instagram Reels/Stories/Feed, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). * Perform color grading, basic audio mixing, and image processing to ensure high technical and aesthetic quality. * Work in synergy with marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment. * Stay updated on audiovisual production trends and propose creative solutions, including the use of new technologies/tools. 2511060202271852976
