Our goal is to make the world of 3D printing simpler, more accessible, and more exciting for everyone. **Role Mission** Build and evolve STLFLIX's data infrastructure so the company can grow intelligently, predictably, and rapidly. This position will play a strategic role in transforming raw data into a reliable analytical foundation, connecting product, revenue, and user behavior to support decisions and generate new growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement the company's data architecture (Data Warehouse / Lakehouse) * Unify data from diverse sources such as PostgreSQL, WooCommerce, and payment gateways * Structure key business metrics including LTV, Churn, MRR, and Cohorts * Develop robust integrations with third-party APIs (Stripe, PayPal, Pagarme, etc.) * Structure product and engagement events to generate metrics such as MAU, DAU, and retention * Create dashboards and analyses on content performance and user behavior * Ensure data reliability through testing, governance, and monitoring * Optimize queries, pipelines, and storage as the platform scales **Requirements** * Proven experience in Data Engineering within fast-growing environments * Advanced proficiency in SQL, especially PostgreSQL * Experience with Python for automation and integrations * Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster * Knowledge of dimensional modeling (e.g., Star Schema / Kimball) * Strong business acumen and understanding of recurring metrics and funnel analytics * Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js for tracking and event support **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with dbt * Experience with AWS or Google Cloud * Knowledge of data security and LGPD/GDPR compliance * Experience with BI tools such as Metabase or Looker **What We Offer:** * PJ-based contract. * Flexible working hours. * Remote work model. * Innovative environment with space for idea development. * English classes – 3 times per week during working hours, at all levels. * Referral bonus – referred a candidate?
