Job Summary: Ensure the movement, storage, and distribution of products to maintain consistent order picking, operating forklifts and managing the Distribution Center. Key Highlights: 1. Operate forklifts and tractors for product handling 2. Maintain organized inventory and a clean Distribution Center 3. Assist in conducting inventories and replenishing picking locations Ensure movement and storage of products arriving from production or transfer areas, as well as distribution to “picking” locations, to maintain consistent order picking. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Store products in correct locations, keeping inventory organized and complying with stacking, storage, and handling conditions per internal procedures; * Operate forklifts and tractors for product or material distribution and handling within the Operations Center, adhering to internal safety regulations and other internal procedures; * Keep forklifts in optimal working condition by performing equipment check\-lists before each shift and reporting any corrective maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor; * Ensure all picking area locations are adequately stocked with products to guarantee continuous order preparation; * Assist in inventory execution by supporting item preparation and counting; * Ensure traction batteries remain operational by performing recharging and maintenance per internal procedures; * Maintain the Distribution Center in good condition for product storage and handling through organization and cleanliness; * Assist in picking items located outside standard positions accessible to pickers (picking locations). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Forklift Operator certification. * Experience with reach trucks and gas-powered forklifts. **Additional Information** **Schedule**: T2 05:00 \- 13:30 / 07:30 \- 17:15 **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
