Opportunity to work in a team and enhance culinary skills **Job Description:** We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant who will support kitchen operations by cleaning and organizing the workspace, performing food pre-preparation (pre\-preparation), sanitizing utensils, and assisting with plating—all in compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good food handling practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, portioning); * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, refrigerators, and utensils; * Wash dishes, pots, and other kitchen utensils; * Assist in preparing the breakfast menu; * Monitor usage and inventory levels of cleaning supplies and basic ingredients; * Follow pastry chefs’ instructions regarding recipes and procedures; * Maintain personal hygiene and comply with health surveillance regulations; * Properly dispose of waste and food scraps; * Restock ingredients and utensils at workstations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed elementary school (preferred). * **Experience:** Prior experience in this role or similar activities is preferred. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of good food handling practices; * Fundamental kitchen skills and familiarity with utensils; * Organization and proactivity. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Agility and attention to detail; * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and cleanliness. **Working Hours and Benefits:** * **Schedule: Intermediate shift;** * **Salary: R$2085.00 \- after probation period R$2260.00;** * **Attendance Bonus: R$150 cash \+ R$300 shopping voucher;** * **Health Insurance.** * **Merit Bonus** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
