Professional development in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Perform on-site cycle counts and support inventory-related problem resolution. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge in Logistics; * Experience with inventory routines, warehousing, and stock control; * Basic knowledge of material verification and product handling; * Desired experience with data collectors and WMS systems; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Organization, attention to detail, and information control; * Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures; * Commitment to Safety, Quality, and HSE standards; * Availability to work in an operational/logistics environment **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will include:** * Assist in operational processes whenever necessary, performing receiving, picking, rework, and other operational tasks; * Assist in verifying the use of PPEs and the safety conditions of operations; * Perform on-site cycle counts for inventory; * Conduct traceability of storage locations and LPNs to identify stock discrepancies; * Assist in inbound and outbound cargo audits; * Unblock Count Back when blocks occur during the picking process; * Perform storage location/address checks; * Monitor damages recorded during the shift; * Assist operations in resolving inventory-related issues; * Assist in executing periodic inventories; * Support internal controls required to ensure inventory integrity; * Comply with operational procedures and respect HSE, Quality, and Radar Program standards; * Adhere to the DHL Supply Chain Code of Conduct; * Assist in investigating customer complaints and reported discrepancies; * Segregate non-conforming products per established procedures; * Support stock movement control and system adjustments when necessary; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; * Support identification of improvement opportunities in inventory processes; * Complete operational records and controls related to the area; * Support operational teams in matters related to stock control and accuracy. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
