Job Title: Shipping Inspector Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and organize products to be shipped, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of deliveries. - Perform item sorting, packaging, and labeling according to each order’s specifications. - Monitor and verify product loading onto transport vehicles, ensuring correct loading. - Update inventory management systems and records, maintaining information accuracy. - Communicate regularly with sales and logistics teams to align shipping activities. - Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety. Required Qualifications: - Completed high school education. - Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, shipping, or logistics activities. - Knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping processes. - Ability to read and interpret documents and labels. - Capacity to work collaboratively, with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. - Agility, organizational skills, and proactivity. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. - Experience with product packaging and handling techniques. - Technical training in Logistics or related fields.
