Job Summary: A Maintenance Planning and Scheduling professional responsible for managing services, optimizing resources, and ensuring asset reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and management The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MPS) area serves as the integrator of Maintenance; its primary function is to manage the service portfolio to ensure assets remain available and reliable for the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Manage demand and prioritize maintenance tasks according to Nidec standards; * Optimize resource utilization to improve plant productivity, availability, and reliability; * Schedule execution of symptomatic plans and inspect field anomalies to prevent failures; * Monitor maintenance performance via KPIs and visual management dashboards; * Support coordination and engineering in developing plans to address negative outcomes; * Lead shutdown planning, preparing backward schedules and technical reports; * Collaborate with Procurement, performing purchase follow-up and technical evaluation of proposals; * Ensure reliability of historical records in SAP and maintain technical documentation; * Act as a key liaison between technical teams and management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical course in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Desirable qualifications for this position: * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** Benefits of this Position: * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Pharmaceutical Assistance; * Group Life Insurance; * Embraco Sports Association (ADE); * On-site Restaurant; * Profit Sharing Program; * Special Transportation. **Join us to improve people's daily lives — today and in the future** At Nidec Global Appliance, part of Nidec Corporation, the world is your workplace.
