If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we will go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Complete technical documentation for the production process; * Feed and operate industrial machines and equipment; * Assemble pallets with plastic film rolls according to scheduling; * Reconfigure pallet arrangements when necessary; * Conduct product inspections per specifications and release approved materials; * Sort process trimmings and forward them to the press; * Weigh and segregate non-conforming material at the designated location; * Identify and report non-conforming raw material rolls to Quality Control (QC); * Verify and assemble all packaging materials specified in the Production Order (OP) (pallets, labels, cores, boxes, etc.); * Weigh and package rolls and samples per specifications; * Perform routine periodic inspections of machines, equipment, and work tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Industrial or functional experience; * Preferred: technical training; * Flexible availability for work hours; **Additional Information** We care about our people’s well-being, so we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life: * Health insurance for employees and dependents; * Dental insurance for employees and dependents; * Profit-sharing program; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Commuter transportation service; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering tuition discounts; * Attendance bonus; * Pharmacy partnership; * Life insurance.
