We are recognized as the 7th largest pharmacy chain in Brazil (ABRAFARMA 2022\), transforming the lives of thousands of people every day by offering quality products that promote well-being and health for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Post open positions, suggest appropriate dissemination channels based on position type, present required profiles, monitor response rates for posted positions, and screen candidates; * Conduct interviews and present pre-selected candidates to managers based on interviews and assessments; guide and carry out the call-up of screened candidates for open positions, scheduling interviews, tests, and group dynamics at mutually available dates and times, according to released calendars; * Guide and prepare candidate support, organizing supporting materials such as candidate profiles, tests, process dynamics, professional data, and process-related information; * Guide and prepare selection processes, organizing materials and instructions for group dynamics or administration of selection tests, as well as managing the entire selection process; * Monitor the status control of selection processes by verifying process data entries in the system, enabling tracking of hiring deadlines and talent acquisition; * Guide and assist professionals via telephone, e-mail, and in person, informing them about open selection processes and registration methods for future opportunities, per instructions from their immediate supervisor; * Guide and notify candidates of results from completed selection processes, providing feedback to both approved and rejected candidates; * Support report preparation for the department, creating spreadsheets and summaries; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or as assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and the tasks align with their knowledge and experience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of onboarding processes, Recruitment and Selection, and CV screening; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Willingness to travel; * Personal vehicle.
