PCP Assistant

Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for production control, factory floor monitoring, issuance of production requests, indicator tracking, and cross-departmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor factory floor operations and control production orders 2. Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Machining, and Assembly 3. Track and move parts through the production flow and support third-party vendors * Production Control: Monitor factory floor operations, track progress of production orders, and verify on-time delivery compliance. * Issuance of Production Requests: Create and release production requests. * Indicator (KPI) Tracking: Manage KPIs such as machine efficiency and shop floor data entry. * Cross-Departmental Coordination: Align activities with Engineering, Purchasing, Machining, and Assembly. * Monitoring and Support for Third-Party Vendors: Coordinate collection and delivery dates for batches, address technical queries, and perform follow-ups. * Tracking and Movement of Parts in the Production Flow. * Fulfill tasks assigned by the PCP Coordinator.
