Job Summary: This role involves orienting drivers, managing documentation, facilitating unit movements, and elaborating operational planning within a depot environment. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES Guide drivers on circulation within the DEPOT; Verify documentation submitted by Gate/Ric/Conlog scheduling/Shipping Line; Accurately record information displayed on the unit door; Prepare loading lists and deliver them to the gate; Refuel units and remove them from workshops; Facilitate transit and movement of forklifts; Perform setpoint procedures for reefer units prior to release; Conduct unloading and loading operations via handheld scanner or printed list; Develop internal operational plans; Assume operational responsibilities as needed.
