Interface with various departments such as production, procurement, and warehouse. **JOB TITLE:** Senior PCPM Analyst Ruptiva Recrutamento Inteligente is managing the selection process for the position of Senior PCPM Analyst, to be performed in an industrial environment. **Location:** Joinville/SC, North Industrial Zone **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:33 PM **Salary:** R$ 4.500,00 **Responsibilities:** Responsible for production planning, programming, and control, monitoring productive capacity, deadlines, priorities, and material availability. Analyze production orders, material requirements, production sequencing, and delivery tracking, ensuring alignment among production, inventory, procurement, and other involved departments. Monitor PCPM-related KPIs, such as on-time delivery, productivity, schedule adherence, material consumption, and potential deviations in the production process. Update controls, spreadsheets, reports, and system information to support industrial leadership decision-making. Proactively identify bottlenecks, delays, material shortages, and the need for production rescheduling. **Requirements:** Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in PCP/PCPM routines within an industrial environment. Knowledge of production planning and control, material programming, production orders, inventory management, and deadline tracking. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interfacing with production, procurement, warehouse, engineering, and other involved departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of production KPIs, material control, and industrial scheduling.
