




Job Summary: The Young Apprentice will provide administrative and operational support to Marketing, focusing on process organization, control, and fiscal and administrative support, promoting practical learning and professional development. The Young Apprentice position is part of the Marketing Management, within the Merchandising and Trade area, whose mission is to support commercial strategies by organizing, controlling, and ensuring proper execution of the area’s administrative and operational processes. The Young Apprentice will directly support the Administrative Assistant responsible for the area’s procurement routines, who serves as the key user for procurement-related requests submitted to the Supply Chain team, as well as providing administrative support for other team requirements. This role aims to contribute to process organization, updating of controls, and support for fiscal and administrative activities, promoting practical learning and professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in entering and verifying fiscal invoices in systems and control spreadsheets. * Update tracking spreadsheets and administrative controls for the area. * Support the issuance of fiscal coverage documents and organization of related documentation. * Perform digital archiving of fiscal and administrative documents. * Provide administrative support to the team according to demand. * Support the area in organizing information for internal reports and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Age compatible with the Young Apprentice program, per current legislation. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar tools, especially Excel). * Basic knowledge of document organization and administrative controls. * Availability for a work schedule compatible with the apprenticeship program. * Prior professional experience is not required. **Desirable Requirements** * Technical high school education or complementary courses in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, and organizational skills. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: On-site.
