Your role will be crucial in supporting the logistics department by managing freight and inventory. **Job Description** * Scheduling of transportation. * Freight management. * Requesting delivery confirmations from partner carriers. * Issuing purchase orders. * Entering import invoices. * Posting unit accounts. * Conducting occasional inventory tracking. * Complying with requirements outlined in your Duty of Care (a document addressing individual and collective commitment to Health and Safety). * Safety first: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our effort to build a world-class safety culture. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Logistics or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
