As a Logistics Analyst, you will support dōTERRA’s logistics team in Brazil, based in Joinville/SC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure physical inventory vs. system inventory accuracy. * Collaborate on activities related to verification and reconciliation of raw material and finished goods inventory movements, as well as monitoring and conducting financial inventories, ensuring data integrity and proper support for production flow. * Assist in controlling, collecting, verifying, entering, and classifying invoices, and maintain and update system records of inventory movements, ensuring necessary resources are available for operational execution. * Support discrepancy tracking by verifying invoice data, delivery deadlines, in-transit products, loading, returns, and inventory levels, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and quality standards. * Assist in gathering area performance indicators, updating control spreadsheets and other inventory management tools, and collect information to support managerial analysis by superiors. * Support compliance audits and internal investigations, including accounting audits, manufacturing processes, inventories, tax audits, and regulatory oversight. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in logistics, administration, engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel); * Knowledge of the TOTVS – Protheus system; * Experience with cycle counting; * Experience with FEFO and traceability; * 1–3 years of experience in related roles; .
