Description

Job Summary: This professional is responsible for performing and assisting in various cleaning and maintenance activities, as well as providing support in team guidance and control of materials and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Performing cleaning and maintenance services 2. Supporting team guidance and supervision 3. Assisting in material and equipment management * Perform manual sweeping, weeding, scraping, cleaning of storm drain inlets, curbside painting, beach and plaza cleaning; • Assist in supervising general cleaning services to support the inspector and the team; • Guide new employees in performing services; • Verify availability of materials required for service execution; * Request repairs for equipment and tools; * Assist in distributing and collecting time cards for the team at the beginning and end of shifts; * Assist in guiding the team regarding tasks, work routes, and safety regulations applicable to their area; * Record in the production report information related to services performed by the team and submit it to the inspector; * Inform the inspector about activity progress, irregularities or disciplinary issues within the team, and any workplace accidents; * Assist in conducting the DS \- Safety Dialogue, when necessary.
