Job Summary: A professional to coordinate financial planning, analyze project feasibility, monitor performance, and prepare management reports, working with strategic vision and resource optimization. Preparation of management reports and dashboards **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the annual financial planning process (budget) and its periodic revisions (forecast); * Support the feasibility analysis of new projects and Sampaio's expansion; * Monitor and analyze monthly financial results, proposing adjustments and improvements; * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive management and other company departments; * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Operations to ensure alignment and data integrity; * Serve as a liaison between Finance/Accounting and Executive Management, translating numbers into strategies; * Develop and implement internal policies and controls to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency; * Work integrally with other company departments, promoting strategic vision and results orientation; * Control and manage company costs, identifying cost reduction opportunities and optimizing resources to ensure profitability and operational efficiency; * Maintain your workplace and surrounding areas, equipment organized and clean, and ensure conservation and maintenance of usage areas; * Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * 3–4 years of experience in this role; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Management is desirable; * Knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial modeling is desirable; * Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools. **Work Location:** Araquari/SC. **Work Model:** On-site.
