Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the verification, sorting, labeling, and shipment of goods, controlling quantities, guiding operations, and ensuring organization. Monitoring of loading and unloading Description: * Ensure goods are verified, sorted, and labeled in appropriate locations; * Monitor and control pending quantities until their dispatch; * Ensure goods are shipped to their correct destinations; * Supervise and guide loading, unloading, collection, and delivery processes, whether at the company or at client sites; * Assist the team to ensure goods are properly arranged and evenly distributed in vehicles or on premises; * Prevent losses to the company by performing volumetric measurements on goods; * Contribute to operational safety by verifying and releasing trailer seals; * Control outgoing goods from the company, correctly completing waybills; * Maintain electronic systems with up-to-date information; * Work collaboratively, performing other tasks as required; * Provide objective and reliable information; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace. When working in Warehouses: * Perform physical and quantitative verification of batches of materials received or to be dispatched, cross-checking relevant documentation, confirming box label data via radio-frequency scanner, identifying potential irregularities to either release or redirect them for repackaging, following established procedures; * Prioritize and supervise vehicle loading and unloading based on pre-established scheduling, instructing truck drivers and forklift operators on cargo arrangement; * Confirm material locations in stock by accompanying forklift operators, traversing designated areas, locating items, scanning boxes using the radio-frequency scanner, and locating lost boxes based on received instructions; * Produce photographic reports of container stuffing and loading; * Inspect external container structures for damage (e.g., punctures, dents); * Record and photograph exact locations of observed container damage; * Register cargo quantity, condition, and packaging status (e.g., damp, dented, torn, or toppled); * Instruct forklift operators to store cargo strictly according to Operational Guidelines for Palletized and Big Bag Cargo Storage. * Avoid obstructing walkways and emergency equipment with stored cargo; * Document all activities performed during the entire work shift; * Request the Loading and Unloading Assistant to strap all open packages identified during operations—or to prevent potential future damage. Container doors must be securely closed, whether loaded or empty. After unloading or stuffing, verify that the container or workplace is clean and well-organized. Request the Shift Operations Coordinator to complete the mandatory checklist for elevated-work equipment prior to commencing work. Verify that cargo is always properly positioned (within its lot, without risk of toppling, etc.). Comply fully with all SSMA and Quality directives. * Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and operate within the strictest Compliance boundaries, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies; * Commit to fulfilling requirements of reference quality and environmental certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ. 251104020226537063
