Interact with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments ### **About the Opportunity** An established manufacturing company seeks a professional to handle international procurement, ensuring negotiation efficiency, supplier development, and comprehensive import process management—with focus on cost, delivery time, and quality. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct international quotations and negotiations to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency * Develop and manage international suppliers (sourcing) * Monitor end-to-end import processes (from purchase order to customs clearance) * Interact with customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers, and internal departments * Control international procurement indicators and reports (KPIs) * Ensure compliance with Incoterms (especially EXW and FOB) * Monitor foreign exchange scenarios and their impact on negotiations * Support supplier qualification and audits ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree (International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields) * Experience in international procurement of raw materials * Advanced English (communication and negotiation) * Proficiency in Incoterms and import processes * Advanced Excel and/or Power BI * Industrial sector experience * Experience with international suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with international compliance practices and audits * Experience with sustainability in the supplier chain ### **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:45 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Meal provided on-site * Company-provided transportation or transportation allowance * Unimed health insurance plan * MetLife dental insurance plan * Quarterly bonus * Life insurance * Pharmacy discount program * Partnerships with educational institutions
