This position’s mission is to perform civil works repairs in compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and repair requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction with the final product delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Carry out assigned tasks/service orders within your scope of work; * Organize and prepare the worksite; * Inform the company regarding material procurement needs for service execution; * Ensure problem resolution timeframes are met as agreed with the customer/worksite; * Perform masonry, concrete, and other material-related services and repairs, including cladding and screeding; * Repair plaster and mortar; * Perform grouting; * Adjust doors and windows; * Repair ceramic flooring; * Perform screeding; * Perform carpentry services; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Perform tasks according to the checklist for your activity; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Ensure no recurrence of issues in executed work; * Assist in waterproofing activities, barbecue grill assembly, and window installation; * Install safety netting, move, position, and secure guardrails. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of ceramic and porcelain tile installation; * Ability to handle plumb bobs, squares, and rulers; * Knowledge of screed leveling and masonry execution; * Experience with mortar and finishing work; Desirable: * Knowledge of waterproofing and electrical/hydraulic installation; * Basic carpentry knowledge; * Knowledge of door and window adjustment. **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit-sharing program; * Meal allowance of R$29.00/day (no payroll deduction); * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium deduction for the holder, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at differentiated costs; * Dental plan with no monthly premium deduction, extendable to dependents at differentiated costs; * Pharmacy benefit (with payroll deduction); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentive; * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.
