*We are seeking new talents to work as a Financial Analyst in our units in Joinville - SC.* **Responsibilities:** - Execute services and operate accounts payable and accounts receivable processes; - Perform reconciliations, record bank fees and charges, aiming to control cash inflows and outflows, as well as maintain an updated overview of the company’s financial position; - Receive service invoices and third-party payment requests, including charges and obligations from various departments, and record them in the system to ensure timely payments and compliance with deadlines; - Prepare financial forecasts based on historical data and various documents for future payments, ensuring payment fulfillment and maintaining an updated cash flow; - Conduct monthly financial closings; - Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments and, upon completion, generate a summary report of results; - Organize and verify documents related to the company’s current accounts and accounting ledgers; - Assist in preparing reports for the Finance Management and General Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable. - Support the Accounting Department. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Accounting Sciences** - Experience in the field - Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency **Desirable** Experience with the TOTVS Cmnet system **What we offer** On-site position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT), meal voucher (VR), health insurance after probation period Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2,500.00 – R$4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
