And we are looking for people to join our team! ***Responsibilities and Duties*** **Assist in the administration and monitoring of processes related to construction execution, based on the project scope, performing inspections, training, and team advisory services, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule prerequisites as defined in the company's established plan.** * **Construction site monitoring:** Ensure execution according to schedule, deadlines, quality, cost, and safety. * **Team management:** Train interns, guide teams, and supervise both internal and outsourced personnel. * **Hiring and negotiations:** Support contractor and qualified labor hiring within budget constraints. * **Material and equipment control:** Monitor usage, inventory, and prevent waste or losses. * **Planning and technical support:** Assist in daily planning, propose improvements, and correct design flaws. * **Quality control:** Monitor audits, PBQP-H, PAMQ, and QRO, ensuring adherence to company standards. * **Safety and environment:** Collaborate with the responsible department to ensure cleanliness, organization, and accident prevention. * **Financial management:** Record progress measurements, monitor cash flow, payments, and financial health of contractors. ***Requirements and Qualifications*** **Education:** **Required:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering **Preferred:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering **Specific knowledge:** Required: Basic Excel, AutoCAD. *Learn about Rottas Construction's benefits and differentiators:* **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Medical and Dental Assistance * Transportation Voucher * Wellhub (Gympass) * Day Off * Life Insurance Additionally: * Performance Evaluation Cycle * Individual Development Plan (IDP) * Continuous feedback **Apply now for this position and join the \#RottasTeam!** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
