Job Summary: Responsible for restocking merchandise, serving customers, preparing and packaging products, performing sector production tasks, and maintaining organization and hygiene. Sector cleaning and maintenance Job Description: * Restock merchandise on the counter whenever a product is sold; * Provide excellent customer service, addressing product requests and inquiries, and offering or recommending products; * Prepare (e.g., cutting, sorting, etc.) products and package them according to the sector manual instructions; * Prepare and deliver products requested by customers (e.g., weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to the product code; * Store products in the appropriate cold chambers; * Daily removal of spoiled, unsightly, or expired merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to the internal coding system for sales area and company requirements; * Verify that products are properly labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Perform production of various sector products, including baking, boiling, and frying; * Record daily the quantity of non-reusable merchandise remaining at store closing (leftovers/breakage); * Place daily orders for merchandise to the central production facility; * Daily verification of merchandise delivered by the central production facility against the delivery invoice; * Perform cleaning of equipment, facilities, and utensils as needed; * Notify sector leadership regarding the need for machine maintenance or repair, and electrical or hydraulic system servicing; * Dispose of non-reusable merchandise remaining at store closing into designated waste containers; * Participate in the company's mentoring program, training, teaching, and conveying company activities and regulations to new employees; * Remove products from cold chambers for proper preparation.
