Job Summary: Professional to manage e-commerce platforms and social media, create content, provide customer service, and analyze metrics for performance results. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of metrics and performance reporting **E\-COMMERCE/MARKETING ASSISTANT** **Iririú (Joinville/SC)** **Responsibilities:** * Management of e\-commerce and marketplace platforms (product listing, orders, invoicing, etc.); * Content creation for social media and website; * Customer service via e\-commerce and social media; * Production and distribution of institutional and product materials (e.g., photos, images); * Monitoring of metrics and preparation of performance reports. **Requirements:** * Experience with e\-commerce and social media; * Proficiency in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva; * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2\.300 to R$ 3\.000 (based on experience) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Free parking * Lunch at partner restaurant (company covers 70%) * Life insurance * Partnership with SENAC (reduced-cost courses) * Study grant after 6 months (technical, undergraduate, or postgraduate programs) Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree * Transportation allowance * Partnership with SENAC (reduced-cost courses) * Life insurance * On-site parking * 50% study grant for undergraduate, postgraduate, or technical courses (after 6 months) * Meals: packed lunch or restaurant lunch (70% covered by company)
