Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement of inspection processes and products. 2. Monitoring and control of quality indicators for decision-making. 3. Participate in the 8D process; Pursue continuous improvement of supplier inspection processes to proactively detect potential quality issues; Monitor inspected shipments and their conditions; Monitor engineering changes and their impact on the production process; Conduct meetings with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of products and services; Develop managerial charts and reports for decision-making; Evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken in the process; Provide direct management support in the quality area through data and presentations; Monitor and control quality indicators to determine actions required to achieve targets; Maintain contact with suppliers; Conduct technical training and capacity-building sessions on tools and methods to ensure product quality; Create quality control and monitoring spreadsheets; Support the process to prevent losses in productivity and quality; Actively participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction) process; Seek to diagnose root causes of problems.
