Join the #1 Healthtech in the 100 Open Startups ranking! **JOB POSTING \- SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE \- MID LEVEL** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Lead prospecting and qualification via phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn, and marketing channels; * Scheduling and follow\-up of meetings for the sales team; * Responding to inbound contacts via website, phone, WhatsApp, and social media, routing them to the appropriate department; * Proactively searching for contacts on social media and Google; * CRM data entry, updates, and follow\-up, including re\-engagement with prior contacts; * Supporting training and onboarding of new team members. **Essential Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial or telesales roles; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools; * Strong results\-oriented mindset; * Interest in working with goals, metrics, and healthy competition; * Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability; * Organized, consistent, and disciplined in task execution. **Preferred Qualifications (a plus):** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools; * Experience with CRM tools. **Additional Information:** **\- Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **\- Work Arrangement:** Hybrid model (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
