Dynamic work environment that values innovation and development. **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** If you are a dedicated professional with a strong team-oriented mindset, constantly seeking new challenges and learning opportunities, this position is perfect for you! **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** * Project management; * Communication with customers to align technical specifications of machines, clarify doubts, address requests, and resolve other inquiries; * Reviewing information and coordinating with the commercial department and customers; * Conducting Kick\-off meetings (Job Ingress) and drafting minutes; * Developing schedules and reporting progress to customers regarding projects; * Tracking project pending items (Punch List); * Traveling to customer sites for face-to-face meetings or installation supervision, when required; * Monitoring the installation status at the customer site, as well as supporting the Technical Assistance team; * Updating and maintaining information with departments responsible for project execution, jointly monitoring deadlines with involved departments; * Requesting inputs from customers for internal project testing and organizing the check\-out with customers; * Defining logistics for machine shipment together with customers; * Managing delivery of missing materials to customers after shipment; * Preparing scopes of service and transportation contracts for projects, when necessary; * Participating in production meetings, Job Ingress meetings, and other meetings required throughout the project; * Creating and updating projects in SAP; * Developing, tracking, and updating performance indicators for the department. Promoting process improvement through creation of procedures and action plans for enhancements. * **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Preferred experience in the paper and tissue industry, project management, and SAP system. * Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency preferred. * Minimum required qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
