The **Mediation Assistant Intern** will be responsible for monitoring students' social and cognitive development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor students' social and cognitive development. * Mediate students' actions whenever necessary. * Mediate students' activities according to each individual's needs. * Assist the teacher in organizing materials required for activities. * Interact with children during classroom activities and in other areas of the unit. * Assist during student arrival and departure from the unit. * Follow guidance provided by the pedagogical team. * Participate in training sessions offered by the institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Pedagogy or Psychology. * Commitment and interest in continuously improving one's knowledge. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Transportation allowance and Zenklub **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM, with a 15-minute break. **We believe that excellence in education transforms tomorrow.** **Our purpose is to transform the world through education.** We are a community-based, Lutheran educational institution with 99 years of history, dedicated to training and educating individuals across various life stages, always valuing human essence, adopting innovative and market-relevant teaching methodologies, and investing in excellent infrastructure to support the educational process.
