* Manage production, maintenance, research and development, quality assurance and control, production planning and control, internal logistics and materials activities and teams, planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the achievement of production, quality, safety, and cost targets, and promoting continuous process improvement in alignment with Ambiental’s business strategies and objectives; * Plan, organize, and control manufacturing activities to meet technical specifications, deadlines, quality requirements, planned volumes, targets, and other established criteria; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, quality, and scrap rate; * Administer the industrial area’s budget, controlling operational costs and seeking waste reduction; * Manage the use of materials, supplies, equipment, and technology, defining strategies to maximize resource utilization; * Implement and ensure compliance with quality standards and technical regulations; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize processes and increase efficiency; * Ensure a safe working environment, guaranteeing compliance with occupational health and safety standards; * Promote environmentally sustainable practices and compliance with environmental legislation; * Supervise the planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment performance and availability; * Plan, organize, and align commercial objectives of Ambiental’s customers and Ambiental itself, establishing processes, procedures, and commercial development actions, competitive market analysis, products, and other variables, as well as making adjustments and alignments to achieve established targets; * Participate in sector-specific events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to strengthen brand awareness, promote products, and expand business opportunities; * Manage, negotiate with, and qualify suppliers, while monitoring and controlling procurement activities; * Participate in the planning, organization, and integration of business strategies with Ambiental’s customers, including competitive market analysis, services, and other variables, as well as making adjustments and alignments with teams to achieve established targets; * Participate in business strategy meetings with senior management, providing information-based support for analysis and decision-making, and proposing and suggesting methods, processes, and procedures to achieve results; * Maintain relationships with other companies in the sector to ensure the company’s competitiveness; * Develop, train, guide, and supervise direct reports regarding departmental strategies, processes, procedures, and actions; * Support internal departments by advising and clarifying doubts about processes and procedures to maintain workflow and productivity; * Prepare managerial reports for monitoring, analysis, and control of the area; * Stay updated on industry procedures, technologies, best practices, and other information impacting the company’s business; * Keep management informed about area-related procedures; * Act as an agent of change, influencing and motivating the company toward innovation and leadership; * **Experience:** 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in management roles. * **Specific knowledge:** Solid experience in industrial operations and budget management. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), quality management systems (ISO), and production planning tools (PCP). Relevant legislation.
