Develop management reports and dashboards We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** who is organized, analytical, and proactive, as this person will be responsible for classifying, monitoring, and planning a company's financial aspects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in budget planning and control, supporting corporate budget consolidation and monitoring; * Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance, identifying variances and their causes; * Support managers in preparing their own budgets; * Develop management reports and dashboards for cost monitoring; * Conduct periodic meetings with departments to analyze budget performance; * Propose improvement actions and cost optimization measures in collaboration with departments; * Support cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **HARD SKILLS** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in cost accounting is desirable, preferably in distribution, logistics, or wholesale companies; * Experience with budget planning and control routines; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * SAP B1 knowledge is desirable. **SOFT SKILLS** * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * Analytical ability; * Proactivity; * Sense of responsibility; * Sense of urgency; **Additional Information** **WHAT WE OFFER:** Working at Copapel means enjoying benefits that make a real difference in your daily life!
