Job Summary: Perform internal audit activities, support the preparation of audit reports, monitor non-conformities, and track action plans for process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct internal audits across all companies within the Orbenk Group. 2. Support the validation of action plans and monitor their implementation. 3. Develop competencies in auditing and process analysis. **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Perform audit activities across all companies and units of the Orbenk Group, being available for on-site visits whenever necessary in all states and municipalities where the Group operates; \- Conduct internal audit assignments under guidance and supervision across various processes of the Orbenk Group; \- Support the development of presentations and preparation of audit reports containing evaluation findings; \- Log identified non-conformities from internal audit activities into a dedicated system and perform respective monitoring; \- Support the validation of action plans and monitor their implementation (follow\-up); \- Draft various documents, track and develop indicators for the Internal Audit Department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in internal or external auditing; * Innovative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, inquisitive, and collaborative profile; * Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and knowledge acquisition to recommend improvements to Orbenk Group’s processes; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google tools; * Willingness to travel and valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Salary Advance Card; Dental Plan (available after probation period); Health Insurance; Gym Partnership; Pharmacy Partnership; University Partnership. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Joinville \- SC
