Job description: manage the team; monitor cargo receipt or irregularities; make quick decisions; possess systemic vision; carry out operational planning and scheduling activities; schedule cargo movement; resize operational capacities; coordinate cargo storage; coordinate cargo collection and loading/unloading; contact the insurance company in case of cargo incidents; send shipment confirmations and arrival notifications; change cargo destinations when necessary to ensure achievement of budgetary goals and delivery deadlines. Open the facility and direct cargoes to flights according to ITs and AWs; conduct cargo inspections and position them in designated locations; verify the delivery confirmation system and check pending items, resolving any issues with customers. Competencies and skills: minimum one (1) year of experience in operations; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
