Job Summary: Support the Logistics department in planning and controlling material flow, contributing with indicators, reports, and continuous improvement projects to optimize processes. Participation in continuous improvement projects Support the Logistics department, which is responsible for planning and controlling material flow to ensure operational supply. Contribute to developing indicators, managerial reports, dashboards, and continuous improvement projects, promoting information organization, process optimization, and decision-making support. **What awaits you?** * Support the team in creating and updating managerial reports, dashboards, and databases to aid decision-making. * Assist in developing Business Intelligence (BI) tools, monitoring performance indicators, and managing departmental activities. * Support project management by tracking schedules, tasks, deliverables, and preparing status reports. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Gemba, Kaizen, and other methodologies focused on operational efficiency and process optimization. * Assist in controlling and monitoring supplier payments, ensuring proper documentation and information flow. * Contribute to standardizing, digitizing, and improving internal departmental processes. * Support monitoring SAP processes to ensure they do not impact plant parts supply. **What do we expect from you?** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum availability of 1 year and 6 months until graduation, plus availability to intern from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required. * Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus. * Intermediate English proficiency is required due to occasional interactions with international colleagues and system processes. * We seek a clear communicator, proactive individual with aptitude for new technologies, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
