We provide software development and IT consulting services to companies across various industries. **Responsibilities:** Be responsible for payroll processing and related tax and accounting obligations. Participate in meetings and homologation processes at the workers' union. Develop and coordinate social initiatives aimed at company employees. Actively participate in the conception and implementation of new human and organizational development projects. Formulate and monitor departmental KPIs. Provide support and participate in audits related to ISO certification within the HR department.
