Responsibilities **Surveillance team supervision:** Ensure compliance with company conduct standards and procedures. **Post coverage:** Organize and ensure all posts are properly staffed. **Vacation planning:** Develop and manage the schedule, ensuring coverage and client communication. **Incident and accident response:** Provide immediate support and resolve unexpected situations. **Staff movements and transfers:** Organize substitutions, transfers, and employee relocations. **Timekeeping management:** Receive, review, and forward timecards with accurate information to the HR Department. **Training and development:** Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employees' professional growth. **Client visits:** Conduct monthly visits with post registration and checklist Requirements Proven experience in operational surveillance supervision or similar roles; Strong communication skills, clear writing ability, and professional demeanor; Valid driver's license (Category A/B); Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Flexible working hours.
