Join the FERAS team! We are looking for a **Senior Benefits Analyst** to work in the Joinville/SC region! The professional will be one of the key contributors to the company’s tax transformation, participating in the adaptation of tax processes, review of tax rules, system alignment, and organizational preparation for Brazil’s new taxation model. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform system enrollment and updates of information related to the hiring process. * Verify values for meal allowance, food allowance, transportation vouchers, and other employee benefits. * Administer benefits by verifying invoices, enrolling and removing employees, aiming to meet employee needs. * Manage life insurance requests. * Control and verify payments to service providers, entering all data into the computerized system. * Administer signature approvals for departmental payments, performing required entries. * Provide general support to employees, answering questions regarding benefits. * Research new benefits, staying attentive to market practices to continually seek the best cost-benefit ratio for both the company and employees. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources. * Advanced Excel and Senior systems proficiency is mandatory. * Experience in day-to-day benefits operations. * Knowledge of benefits automation via Senior. * Experience managing multiple CNPJs. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Agile profile and logical reasoning. **What We Offer:** * Transportation voucher or Mobility Allowance * Meal or Food Voucher * Health Insurance * English Course * Profit Sharing * Productivity Bonus * Totalpass * Zenklub ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** null ### **Benefits:** N/A ### **Department:** Operations
