The role involves providing technical support and quality control for industrial equipment, performing tests, adjustments, and functional validations. Responsibilities include: Conducting final tests on equipment (electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems). Supporting the development and testing of new products, software, and components. Responding to low-complexity technical and warranty service requests. Performing incoming material inspections. Recording non-conformities and production observations. Providing technical support to field teams by proposing solutions and operational guidance. Preparing and updating technical maintenance documentation. Participating in technical training sessions for third-party capacity building. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Technical Support Assistant, Customer Service Technician, or Junior Technical Support Technician may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
