Identification and development of potential successors **[Services] Project Portfolio Coordinator** ===================================================== TOTVS | Joinville - SC | Hybrid Job Description Ensure project QA (methodology, scope, cost), monitor portfolio financial health, and track physical versus financial progress of the portfolio under your responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Efficiently manage services (high complexity, regardless of size, scope, or product line), ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and defined scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), as well as identifying and mitigating pre-existing portfolio risks; * Identify and develop potential successors, transferring technical, conceptual, and management tool knowledge; * Act as a facilitator for the CP team to resolve internal issues and escalate to responsible areas when necessary; * Coordinate the project/service portfolio alongside the Project Portfolio Manager (GPP), being accountable for and guaranteeing the portfolio’s outcomes; * Collaborate with the CP team to define the monthly ROL forecast and monitor execution of revenue-enabling actions, ensuring alignment between planned and actual monthly results. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in STEM fields. * Completed postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA, preferably in the business area in which you operate. **Specific Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of the operational segment; * Microsoft Office Suite – advanced; * Google Workplace Suite – advanced; * MS Project – advanced; * Financial indicators (ROL monitoring, margin, pricing); * Familiarity with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering – desirable; * GUT matrix classification (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) – desirable; * PDCA, PMI, BPM, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM methodologies – desirable; * TOTVS solutions within the operational segment – mandatory.
