We are looking for a **Graphic Design Assistant**, full of energy and enthusiasm, eager to build a strong portfolio and learn the pace of the performance marketing industry alongside experienced professionals. **What You’ll Do Daily:** * **Bring visuals to life:** Assist in developing static graphic assets for social media, websites, and presentations of our brands. * **Create performance-driven creatives:** Support the paid traffic team in designing conversion-focused layouts and images (Meta and Google Ads ads). * **Explore dynamic formats:** Help create short videos, GIFs, and simple animations for Stories and ad creatives. * **Maintain visual identity:** Support upholding the visual standards and graphic quality across the entire ecosystem. **What We’re Looking for (Requirements):** * Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * Basic/intermediate proficiency with **Adobe Creative Cloud** software (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) or equivalent tools. * **A refined aesthetic eye, creativity, and teamwork spirit.** * Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Basic animation knowledge (After Effects or Premiere). * Familiarity with organizational tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
