The Quality Technician's mission is to ensure the quality and Rogga standard of autonomous unit deliveries to customers, with a focus on positively impacting the customer experience throughout their journey, as well as providing feedback to the company regarding registered defects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor physical progress of construction projects; * Conduct checklist inspections (Pre\-customer); * Release units for SAC \- customer inspection scheduling; * Conduct unit inspections together with the customer; * Control and retain keys for inspected and customer\-approved units; * Plan and oversee repair work arising from re\-inspections in coordination with the construction site; * Identify and document defects found during inspections, requesting corrections from the construction site; * Monitor efficiency tests of construction systems; * Record non\-conformities identified during efficiency testing; * Prepare and present follow\-up reports regarding checklists and customer inspections; * Measure area performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Experience in the Quality field; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with key Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs) related to civil construction. **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance/food voucher of R$29.00/day (no payroll deduction); * Attendance bonus; * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium charged to the employee, 40% co\-payment, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Dental plan with no monthly premium, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Pharmacy benefit (with payroll deduction); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentive; * Wellhub: corporate wellness platform offering access to a wide network of gyms, studios, and health and wellness apps, including meditation, nutrition, and online therapy. * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga.
